We’re delighted to report great news as North Yorkshire Council is minded to approve our scheme for 15 family homes in Hunton, Bedale, subject to finalising S.106. Our sustainable scheme includes 40% affordable housing provision, a new BNG area, and the reopening of a closed public right of way.
