Delegated planning approved for a 4-unit scheme in Seamer

Richard Roberts is proud to have gained a delegated planning approved for a 4-unit scheme in Seamer. 

Charlotte Nicholson, Operations Manager for Richard Roberts, commented: "We worked with the community to design a scheme fit for the local area which addresses a high demand for bungalows, along with working with Natural England to tackle the world of nutrient neutrality, resulting in an acceptable scheme for everyone involved."
