HUGH ROBERTS assocRICS
DIRECTOR

Hugh is highly experienced in land, development and planning and has advised hundreds of landowners on how to realise potential value. With a keen knowledge of planning policy at a local and national level and the experience of negotiating with most known developers and house builders, he is perfectly placed to identify potential and realise optimum return. Hugh has a current 92% success rate in sites that he has selected for land promotion.

Hugh is an associate surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, as well as a Certified Practitioner in Specialist Finance, and a law graduate. This breadth of experience means he is uniquely placed to advise and lead on planning, legal, financial and technical matters to ensure the best outcome for his landowners.

HARRY DEE MRICS
LAND DIRECTOR

Harry is a chartered surveyor with 10 years’ experience in commercial and residential land, planning and development. His track record covers acquisitions, fundraising, planning, construction delivery and operations. His rounded experience provides a holistic view of opportunities, allowing us to maximise a site’s potential and achieve best value for our landowner clients.

James has over 17 years of experience of land and the estate agency industry, and has been involved with hundreds of land and property transactions. His knowledge and experience is invaluable to our landowners throughout the planning and sales process.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Charlotte is an expert in processes. She’s an organised, highly driven person with experience in asset management enabling her to deliver maximum value to our clients.

Charlotte is hands on within legal, planning and sales to efficiently coordinate each delivery team to ensure timescales are adhered to.

Monty has 8 years experience in making new friends, begging for treats, howling when left out of meetings, and sleeping. He will normally be panting in the background on any call with Hugh Roberts, or chasing other animals across North Yorkshire, ‘Fenton’ style.
