Our landowner had thought it might get potential, but had been advised by their agent and architect that the potential was long term, if ever.

Our application which was initially resisted by the Local Planning Authority on Landscape and Character grounds.

SALE
The landowner and Richard Roberts appointed two agents to act on our behalf, running an 8-week tender process culminating in sealed bids.

Richard Roberts secured a retained right of access and services connection to enable future development on our landowner’s retained land.
