Hugh is highly experienced in land, development and planning and has advised hundreds of landowners on how to realise potential value. With a keen knowledge of planning policy at a local and national level and the experience of negotiating with most known developers and house builders, he is perfectly placed to identify potential and realise optimum return. Hugh has a current 92% success rate in sites that he has selected for land promotion.

Hugh is an associate surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, as well as a Certified Practitioner in Specialist Finance, and a law graduate. This breadth of experience means he is uniquely placed to advise and lead on planning, legal, financial and technical matters to ensure the best outcome for his landowners.
